Aurelia began in Hyderabad in 2009 with a contrarian idea — that a developer should be judged by what it declines to build.
Fifteen years and 6,000+ homes later, the principle holds. Across fourteen landmark developments in Hyderabad, Bengaluru and Mumbai, we have kept our portfolio deliberately small — sky residences, gated villa communities and grade-A commercial — so that every building carries the full weight of our attention.
